Daily Update: 1/25/2020

Two things today. That’s it. Let’s talk about them.

Orlando City v. Stetson University (@OrlandoCitySC)

Orlando City played Stetson today in a closed-door friendly. Orlando City won the game 3-0 with first team players Bender and Dike getting two of the goals. From a couple people who were at the game, they say that the young team that was put out there played very well. It’s good to start off preseason on the right foot.

Future Transfers? (@me)

I spoke with my club source about the possibility of any future transfers and he told me that the fans can expect something in February. Much speculation has risen that it could be a European player since it is outside of the January window. As for position, most think it’s either a ST, RW, or LB. Since the team has clearly been looking for another attacking piece and Dwyer looks set to stay, I believe that we will see our new addition in the RW position. I must say that I have no idea who the player is but I’m very excited to find out.
