Daily Update: 2/14/2020

Happy Valentine's Day readers. I love each and every one of you <3.

Florinel Coman (@TheRoarPod)

Another rumor. I'm absolutely loving it. This time it's been confirmed that Orlando City has sent in a bid of $9.7 million for 50% of his rights. The bid was rejected because his club wanted $21.6 million for 100% of his rights. Basically, we have to get our number up to $10.8 million for 50% if we want Coman's club to accept the bid. Then it's a matter of negotiating with the player. The nice thing is, he'd be a young DP as he's only 21 years old. That means his salary would only count as $200,000 against the cap. Plus it complies with the new rules of the CBA. Flavio. Please take the risk and send FCSB the extra $1.1 million. That million can be made back shortly with how many fans would buy mech and tickets to see an exciting player like this play. Please please please.

Dom Dwyer (@jpoe24601)

It looks like it's going to be another one of those seasons for Dom, doesn't it. He's injured in preseason again unfortunately and he is seen as "week-to-week." That's not good when the season is exactly two weeks away. I'd be fine if it was day-to-day but week-to-week makes me feel like it's going to be a month-long injury. I mean, Julia even says "The team does not have a timeline on when he will return to full contact work." If it were even a two-week injury, they'd say that he should be back in two weeks. This does open up the door for Dike to get more time on the field though. If so, he'll want to take his chance and run.
