Daily Update: 12/2/2019

Not much news surrounding the club today. I'd like to say a big HAPPY BIRTHDAY to our reserve GK Mason Stajduhar. He turns 22 years old so he still has a long future ahead of him. I hope he had a wonderful day and hopefully, we get to see him in action soon.

As for other news, Joao Moutinho was named 16th on the fan-voted 22-under-22 list. Interesting enough, Danilo Acosta was voted 18th. Moutinho definitely has a great future ahead of him. I actually talked about him on the latest podcast episode. If you want to give it a listen, just head over to your podcast app and lookup "OC Lions Blog Podcast" and it should be there.

The last bit of news today comes from Chris Mueller, who announced that he is now a Nike athlete. Any person in this day and age would be hugely proud to become an athlete of any sports organization but Nike is on a whole other level. Nike is the cream of the crop and no one deserves this more than Chris. From his hard work on the field to his amazing charity off of it, Chris will represent Nike well. Congrats to him!
